Children and youth are an active and vital part of our parish and our Sunday School is a reflection of how important they are to our community life.

From September to June, our children gather each Sunday at 9:00 AM, disperse into separate classrooms to learn about the lesson for the day.  Our Sunday School uses SPARK-Classroom, which is a bible-based Sunday school curriculum, meaning that our children are learning the foundational bible stories of their faith. Parents are encouraged to take an active role in the faith formation of their children and to talk with their kids about the lesson learned that day.

Our middle and high school aged parishioners also gather at the same time to discuss matters of faith and how they live Christian lives in an ever-changing world.

Our children and youth are encouraged to participate in worship as acolytes and lectors as well as in various service organizations.  Each year they put on a Christmas pageant for the parish and take an active part in planning events that commemorate Black History Month.
